January Diaper Distribution

Free Diaper for residents of San Bernardino County

Pañales gratis para los residentes del condado de San Bernardino

Community Hospital of San Bernardino in partnership with Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County will be hosting a monthly diaper distributions.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must live in San Bernardino County
• Must be within the gross income guidelines
• Must not be receiving diapers from another Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino partner on the registered month

You can sign up to pick diapers once a month.

Sizes Available Size 1 to size 6 and training diapers sizes 2T to 5T

Pick up information:

• Diapers can only be picked up by the child's parent or legal guardian.

• The child must be present, or the parent/guardian must show a valid ID for the child, such as a medical card or immunization record.

Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County, organizará distribuciones mensuales de pañales.

Requisitos de Elegibilidad:

• Debe vivir en el condado de San Bernardino
• Debe estar dentro de las pautas de ingresos brutos
• No debe estar recibiendo pañales de otro socio de Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino

Tamaños disponibles Recién nacido a talla 6 y pañales de entrenamiento 2T a 5T

• Los pañales solo pueden ser recogidos por el padre, madre o tutor legal del niño.

• El niño debe estar presente, o el padre/tutor debe mostrar una identificación válida del niño, como una tarjeta médica o un registro de vacunas.
