Our next Saturday meeting will be our usual chance to chat about all things menopause, peri-menopause and post menopause.
Join us for our on Saturday 3rd January 1000 - 1200
We have found that having a chance to share can be of immense help and support, just knowing you are not alone and not going mad can be of great comfort and empowering.
Open to anyone personally experiencing peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause.
