We are so delighted to welcome Wendy Budd back to Portsmouth Positive Living group for her 2nd visit.
Wendy is a highly qualified, knowledgable Medical Herbalist and Nutritionist and is highly respected and has supported so many people back to optimum health.
Wendy will be joining us to talk about gut health and the importance of good digestion.
She will be educating us about Leaky Gut Syndrome and what causes it:
How Ultra Processed Foods (UPFs) impact our gut health, and how we can easily identify what a UPF is.
She will also explain how sugars and grains can cause chronic health conditions and mental health issues, and how the over-use of antibiotics and pesticides can significantly impact our health, too.
Wendy will then go on to help us explore why we'd want to improve our gut health, and how we can best heal leaky gut syndrome through diet, supplements and herbs.
