Bringing together my extensive experience as a doula attending births and knowledge as a birth educator, this is a comprehensive course to prepare you for birth and life after having a baby. You will learn about all of your birth options, know more about what to expect and have a tool kit to help you feel calm and confident about birthing your baby.
The postnatal part covers the need to know practical elements as well as sharing my experience around the emotional and physical changes that you go through when you become a parent so you can feel as prepared as possible.
Your time with me includes:
- 14 hours of learning and preparation
- Comprehensive hypnobirthing course, antenatal and postnatal preparation in one
- Access to my online Members Library where you will find further information, documents, blogs and videos to support you
- A copy of “Hypnobirthing - Breathing in short pants”, a five star rated book by Antenatal Educator Dani Diosi
- 5 Hypnobirthing tracks
- Printed and digital course companions, so everything I cover is there to refer back to - you only need to make notes if you want to!
- Lots of time to make friends in a relaxed and supportive environment
