Attention all Fiber Artists, Knitter's, Crocheters, and Crafters! You're invited to join us for a day of crafting and working on your WIP's. No matter your skill level come join the fun!
Want to try out a new area of fiber arts but don't have the equipment? No problem! Just post in this event and let me know what you need or want to learn and we can help you out. Spinning wheel, drum carder, skein winder, knitting or crocheting supplies?
🍕🍔Lunch- We love sharing new recipes and a meal together. Please bring a dish or 2 to pass. We have access to a Fridge, Stove, Oven, and Microwave and plenty of places to plug in crock pots. We usually have plenty of side dishes so if there are a couple of people willing to bring a main course (sloppy joes, chili, soup, lasagna... Mac and cheese) it would be greatly appreciated.
At lunch time we do show and tell. This is a great way for us to get to know each other better and celebrate the stills we are learning and accomplishments. Feel free to bring your WIP (work in progress) or a finished project and show off a bit!
Vendors Welcome! We encourage small and local businesses to be active in our group. Small businesses and Farms are welcome to bring items, equipment, finished goods, produce, and even baked goods with ingredients listed for sale. Come support our vendors! (Please do not bring live animals for sales unless approved by Shannon 2 weeks prior to the gathering)
The Adoption Table will be ready for Free Items to be shared.
We are still collecting winter gear such as hats, scarves, mittens, gloves, and socks of all sizes for City Rescue Mission.
