Janice Kaplan is a journalist, TV producer, and the author of seventeen popular books including the New York Times bestseller The Gratitude Diaries and her new book What Your Body Knows About Happiness. Janice was editor-in-chief of Parade magazine and the creator and executive producer of more than thirty primetime network television specials. A former producer at Good Morning America, she has appeared regularly on national TV shows including Today and CBS Mornings and hosted the daily podcast “The Gratitude Diaries” for iHeartMedia. An energetic podcast guest and speaker at events around the country, she graduated from Yale University and lives in New York City.
