Overview: Vin yin yoga is a combination of strength buliding flows from Vinyasa and calming resoritive stretches from Yin. Together they create a balance and inclusive yoga experience for all!

Know Your Instructor: With over 25 years teaching yoga Janet has spent the last 15 years at Lifetime teaching classes and facilitaing their Yoga Teacher Training 200 hour program. Janet loves to support her tudents in deepening thier practice andthier teaching journey.

Equipment Needed: Yoga Mat and Water

Please arrive between 9:30am and 9:40am as class will begin at 9:45am.
