To mark the 250th anniversary of Jane Austin’s birth, join authors and academics Dr Lucy Andrew, Jennifer Edwards, Hazel Meredith-Lloyd and Shaney Lloyd at Shrewsbury Library for a free celebration of all things Jane Austen.
They will discuss Austen’s genius, consider why she remains so popular today and share their own favourite works and adaptations.
Packed full of Austen anecdotes, readings and plenty of Christmas cheer, this is an opportunity to don your bonnets, raise your teacups and celebrate Jane’s birthday in style!
