Join us at Tūhura Otago Museum during the Dunedin Writers and Readers Festival for a special floor talk from renowned Jane Austen expert Professor Emerita Jocelyn Harris. A leading figure in Austen scholarship, she taught at the University of Otago for over forty years and was instrumental in introducing courses on women’s literature into the curriculum. Tūhura Otago Museum Humanities Curator Moira White and Honorary Curator Jane Malthus will be on hand to provide further information about the artefacts on display.
