James Hamilton Album Release Party

Join us on Saturday, September 26, for the release of poet James Hamilton's newest album! We'll be at The Clean Gallery from 7-11 p.m. for a night of celebration and performances by amazing local talent.

James Hamilton is known for comet-like live-performance energy. He features at, hosts, and produces shows in the US and abroad where he might stop a set mid-way to engage the audience. His delivery is often noted as heartfelt and enlivening. Hamilton has been described as having a jazz dialect, with irrational or irreverent phrasing that captures the erratic timing and tangential flavor of his own thoughts. His signature style relies on his palpable passion in performance and creative manipulation of words to create a fresh, unaffected sound.

This 7x published poetry collection,2025 NSWA Finalist - Spoken Word Performer and Entertainer of the Year and 2026 WAMI Finalist - Spoken Word Album of the Year (The See Word Sessions) also produces, directs, and hosts his Poetry on the Radio Show, VERSEd, which airs on wbomradio.com TUs at 7 am and SATs at 6 pm.
