NEOMHA presents Jam Fest which will take place in the Waterloo Arts District on Sunday, September 22 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.This casual event will include jams at four establishments, representing bluegrass, jazz, old-time, and Celtic traditions. This is a new event for the organization, and we hope to see you there! FREE.
