⭐️13:00 Flashy Pole straps

All levels. Must have some pole experience prior.
Pole straps, a new and exciting pole prop that you can use to create lots of unique shapes & combinations!
Jade has performed and taught on pole straps a lot in the last year and has played around with lots of her own creative material to teach in her workshops.
Everything will be broken down into small chunks so that everybody is capable of achieving something and will walk away having learnt something new.

⭐14:45 Flashy Pole spins and transitions
Intermediate levels
In this workshop Jade will go through some of her favourite tricks and spin transitions.
You will learn intricate ways in and out of moves and go away with some super flashy combinations.
Everything will be broken down into small chunks so that everybody is capable of achieving something and will walk away having learnt something new.

⭐16:30 Aerial hoop shapes, transitions & dynamic tricks
Intermediate level - must be able to sit up in the hoop comfortably and have a reasonable amount of movement knowledge.
In this workshop you will learn how to dance in the air and move freely in an aerial hoop.
Learning new tricks and piecing them together to make interesting movement and transitions.
You will also learn how to do some flashy drops and rolls in and off the aerial hoop.
Jade will break down every sequence and shape into levels so everybody will be able to achieve something from the workshop and will also leave with things to work on in there own time.
