🎭 Session 1: Co-Creation & Playfulness
🕗 Thursday 30th Oct | 20:00–23:00
📍 Location: Sala Fioletowa, Atlas Tower, Al. Jerozolimskie 123a
Our first session dives into how to connect, adapt, and express yourself with your partner while keeping it fun, musical, and creative. Each session will focus on a unique theme to help you level up your Jack & Jill knowledge, confidence, and creativity.
💫 What to expect:
🕕 20:00–20:30 | Warm-Up & Real Talk: The JnJ Mindset
We’ll kick things off with a fun warm-up, then dive into an open, honest chat about all things competition — what judges look for, the pros and cons of competing, and how to discover your personal why.
Plus, hear exclusive insights from top Jack & Jill competitors and judges on what they really love to see on the floor.
🎶 20:30–21:30 | Section 1 – Energy Adaptation & Awareness
Learn how to tune your body to the music and flow between calm, playful, and powerful dynamics. We’ll explore how musicality and energy shifts can make your dancing stand out and feel more connected to your partner.
💫 21:30–22:30 | Section 2 – Improvisation & Playfulness
Time to get creative! Through playful exercises, you’ll learn how to co-create moments, suggest and respond, give or take space, and highlight your partner’s magic. Expect plenty of laughter, discovery, and flow.
🔥 22:30–23:00 | Section 3 – Bring It All Together
We’ll wrap up by putting everything into practice with live feedback — a chance to experiment, express yourself, and play with everything you’ve learned, minus the competition pressure.
