IUB presents BDC Shevolution 2026

Bangladesh Debating Council (BDC), in collaboration with Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), proudly presents the second edition of BDC Shevolution 2026!
Shevolution was created with a simple vision, to provide a dedicated platform where women can compete, express themselves, and become part of Bangladesh's debating community. As the tournament returns for its second edition, we continue that vision by bringing together participants from across the country for three days of debate, creativity, and meaningful conversations.
At the heart of Shevolution 2026 is the British Parliamentary Debate Tournament, accompanied by four creative competitions: Public Speaking (English), Slam Poetry, Story Writing, and Art. Together, these events celebrate the many ways ideas can be spoken, written, performed, and visualized, while creating opportunities for participants to showcase their talents beyond the debate chamber.
Whether you're competing in the debate tournament, taking the stage with a speech or poem, sharing your writing, or exhibiting your artwork, Shevolution is a space to challenge yourself, connect with others, and be part of a growing community of women who continue to shape the future of the circuit.
We look forward to welcoming participants to another exciting edition of Shevolution at IUB, with two days of competitive debates, inspiring performances, creative showcases, and memories to last long after the tournament ends.
