Team Bill are back again with a charity running challenge – It’s a Runout! 🏃♂️
Taking place at York Racecourse on the Knavesmire, It’s a Runout is a unique timed running event where runners complete repeated 3km laps under a gradually reducing time limit.
We’ll start with a relaxed 45‑minute cutoff for the first lap, with the time reducing after each one. Make the cutoff and you keep going. Miss it… it’s a runout.
Take part for one lap or push yourself to see how far you can go — this event is designed to be inclusive, supportive, and challenging, whatever your ability.
All proceeds raise awareness and funds for The Lily Foundation, supporting families affected by mitochondrial disease.
