- Course 1: Curried butternut squash soup, spiced pepitas, crema, micro cilantro, guanciale
Bread: Mini chapati flatbread
- Course 2: Potato pancakes with smoked sour cream, dill, and trout roe, paired with a shot of horseradish vodka
- Course 3: Salmon or tuna crudo, vegetable ash, crispy rice, spicy black garlic puree, herb salad
- Course 4: Spinach tortellini with Italian sausage, ricotta, sautéed wild mushrooms, crispy parmesan tuile
Bread: Rosemary focaccia with house-made butter
- Course 5: Beet kvas-braised short rib, caramelized beets, polenta

About the Chefs:
Chef Tucker Ricchio fell in love with cooking as a child, making pasta and lasagna with her Nonna. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, she has worked her way through the culinary world, most notably under the mentorship of Chef Suzette Gresham at Acquerello, a two-Michelin-starred restaurant. Chef Tucker was crowned the champion of Next Level Chef Season 2, and she now runs her own company, Gastronomy Gangster LLC, hosting dinner parties, culinary classes, and more. Chef Anna Voloshyna is the author of BUDMO! Recipes from a Ukrainian Kitchen and a celebrated culinary creator. Born in Ukraine, Anna honed her skills in the Bay Area, hosting pop-up dinners that captivated the local food scene. Known for her Georgian khachapuri and Ukrainian varenyky feasts, Anna aims to share the beauty of Ukrainian cuisine with the world.
