My name is Giovanni : I'm an italian baker and baking teacher 🇮🇹🍞🍕

Well, then you absolutely have to join me for this virtual trip to Italy from North to South through regional dishes of the Italian tradition. 🍞🥖🥯

We will spend the day kneading different types of dough from scratch such as "Panini Napoletani', (Neapolitan Stuffed Rolls), "Crescione Romagnolo" (Filled Flat Bread) and Erbazzone (Ligurian Savoury Spinach and cheese pie).

I will guide you through every step, from discussing ingredients, equipment, suppliers to mixing and kneading the dough, shaping, proving and baking. Hot drinks refreshments and recipes will be included. Suitable for all abilities.
