About this Event

Supporting each other at its best! A safe place for women to feel at home in their bodies, regardless of age, dance experience, and body type. Feel Encouraged to Ignite Your Fire and Embody Your unique movement.

This class is choreography in heels (not compulsory). Don’t want heels? Wednesdays at 8pm is M-Brace U® Choreography in trainers. Different footwear, both equally giving the empowerment vibes!

It’s Time to M-Brace U®.

Beginner Friendly with routines broken down at a comfortable pace.

Thursday 7-8pm (1st & 2nd Thursday each month)
