Five courses, four regions, one map of Italy you haven't tasted yet — moving from a sparkling open through coastal whites and structured reds you won't recognize off the label. The crossover moment of the whole series lands mid-meal: a Sugo steak course poured against the Argentivivo Super Tuscan — Sangiovese built up with French varieties, bold and polished. A sweet Vin Santo to close.
