Italia in Three Acts is a series of three standalone wine dinners, each on its own night with its own region and menu — from the bold soul of Verona to the polished legacy of Tuscany. Each evening is five courses, every wine chosen to sit with the plate in front of you, and every night still lands where Sugo always lands — on steak.

Join us for the final chapter of Italia in Three Acts — a summer-long journey through Italy's most celebrated wine regions, each paired with the bold, steakhouse-driven cooking that defines Sugo.
Reservation includes: 6 course dinner with wine pairing for each course
Act III closes the series with the wines of Antinori, one of Italy's most storied producers, including a pour of the iconic Tignanello. Chef-crafted courses are built around a steak centerpiece, designed to stand up to structured, age-worthy reds.
Price: $195 per person, plus tax, a 5% administrative fee, and 20% gratuity — collected the night of the dinner. Reserving here holds your table; no payment is taken at booking.
