The International Space University - USA Alumni Association’s Washington, DC Chapter is pleased to present our next monthly event! These events bring together prominent experts on space, ISU alumni, the space community, and the interested public in a casual forum that encourages interaction and discussion.

Eric is the founder of Ingram Insights, where he advises founders, executives, investors, and organizations on strategy, fundraising, business development, regulatory affairs, market positioning, and navigating complex challenges. Drawing on experience across both public and private sectors, he helps leaders make better decisions in uncertain and rapidly evolving environments.


Eric is best known as the founder and former CEO of Scout Space, a venture-backed space domain awareness company focused on orbital safety and spacecraft operations. Over six years, he led the company from concept to a funded aerospace business serving government and commercial customers. He continues to support the company as a Board Member and Advisor.
Prior to Scout, Eric worked as an aerospace engineer with the FAA Office of Commercial Space Transportation and Deep Space Industries, gaining experience across both the regulatory and commercial sides of the space industry.
Beyond his entrepreneurial work, Eric serves on the Board of Directors of 2Gether-International and is a leadership team member of AstroAccess. He previously served as President of the United States Wheelchair Rugby Association and as a member of the NOAA Advisory Committee on Commercial Remote Sensing.
Eric is a frequent speaker and commentator on entrepreneurship, leadership, commercial space, accessibility, and emerging technologies. His work and perspectives have been featured by ABC News, NPR, and The New York Times. He is also the author of Things I'm Sitting With, a newsletter exploring entrepreneurship, leadership, disability, innovation, and decision-making.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Old Dominion University and is a licensed sport pilot through the Able Flight program.
