If surf and turf and some terrific summer wines sound good to you as summer heat builds, then join us at La Cote d’Or on Wednesday and Thursday, June 24 and 25, for Soiréeaux Vins de la Côte Atlantique. Five authentically delicious wines, five courses created by Chef Jacques.
It’s mid-summer – in the mood for dinner at the beach? How about several different beaches along the Atlantic coast of France.
Importer Ed Addiss of Wine Traditions has assembled a set of French coastal classic wines ranging from Gascogny to Bordeaux, Muscadet and Basque country. And Chef’s Jacques’s menu both matches the wines to perfection and nods to the kind of food you’d find on your beach-side table in each region.
