This is a bare bones sound meditation designed to give you space to experience yourself without distraction.

We begin with 15 minutes of simple guided practice to help your body settle and to give you ideas for your own practice.

Then we move into 45 minutes of passive sound meditation.

• Your only responsibility is to receive.
• There is nothing to achieve.Nothing to perform.
• Nothing to understand.

Just come as you are, with whatever you’re carrying.

• Some people feel deeply relaxed.

• Some feel nothing at all.
