About this Event
Join us for the launch of the quarterly Mental Health Forum Series - an initiative designed to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and provide our community with evidence-based tools for improving mental health. Our first session will focus on practical, proven strategies for managing anxiety and depression in daily life and how to best support those we love.
Thursday, November 13 from 5 to 7 pm at Southern Utah University Alumni Center located at 405 W. University Blvd.
