Iowa 4-H Youth Conference 2026

Join us on the Iowa State University campus for the Iowa 4-H Youth Conference, the premier statewide leadership development opportunity available to Iowa teens, June 23-25, 2026. The three-day Conference is open to 8th-12th youth, both 4-H members and non-members. This personal development experience will help you discover pathways to your future. Register to explore several spark areas, including agriculture, STEM, community service, leadership, arts, and many more. There will be fun opportunities to build networks and friendships with youth all over Iowa.
The three-day leadership experience focuses on developing concrete peer leadership skills that will enable participants to have an immediate impact in their home 4-H club, county, community, or school. It will also provide delegates the opportunity to connect with Iowa State University, their land grant university, while learning about academic options and getting a taste of campus life by staying in the residence halls, eating in dining centers, enjoying campus recreational activities, and attending workshops in campus classrooms, labs, and facilities.
