Event Purpose and Positioning

True progress requires a deliberate shift in perspective. Women Ahead and the Institute of Directors are pleased to partner to host an evening dedicated to changing the narrative around leadership, collaboration, and growth within membership-led organisations.

This event is intentionally designed to move beyond traditional networking. It will create space for meaningful dialogue, shared insight, and practical reflection, exploring how collaboration over competition and leadership beyond formal roles can unlock greater value for individuals, organisations, and leadership communities.

The audience will include Chairs, board members, C-suite leaders, governance professionals, and high-potential talent, contributing to a more connected, inclusive, and future-focused leadership ecosystem.
