Looking for some winter competition? Lace up, gear up and dive in at the Lenexa Rec Center’s Inverted Indoor Triathlon. Whether you're a solo competitor or part of a team, this unique event flips the script on a traditional triathlon. Here’s how it works: 1) Run, bike, and swim for 15 minutes each, with a 5-minute break between activities.
2) Compete individually or as a team of three, with each teammate stationed at their chosen event.
3) Distances will be recorded after each 15-minute session.
This fun and friendly competition is open to men, women, and teams — families are welcome too. Snacks, drinks, and plenty of encouragement will be provided, and winners will be announced on social media.
