Peak Poses & Focus Areas: The Inversion Masterclass is a comprehensive introductory training that will share a general overview of the method and approach we’ll implement while preparing to press into headstand, forearm stand, and handstand.

Each masterclass session will offer a powerful 90-minute training, intentionally designed to build into the foundations of strength, stability, and balance, plus daily homework to allow for progress. As we practice, we’ll take time to break down advanced transitions and playful entries into the peak poses we are focusing on during that session.

Throughout the session, Katrina will offer hands-on adjustments, 1:1 feedback, modifications, advancements, and plenty of opportunities to play.
