Come into your core frequency through sound and breathwork.
Tibetan & Quartz Crystal sound bowls are my tool of choice. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra or energy center in the body. The bowls are tuned to a specific frequency, so when played, they help dissolve anything from lower vibrational energies both in the space around you and inside you.
During this class, we will learn how to charge our energy field to integrate it into our daily practice. We will do a meditation to ground into and focus on the 12 energetic points up and down the body. We will then naturally attune to our energetic center or home to create a point of reference for our body to know when it is time to come together as a whole.
During the sound bath, all negative and lower frequencies will be removed so that you can enjoy what it feels like to rest in your sense of wholeness. You will attune to your core frequency so you can set a checkpoint for your body to return to wholeness at any time.
The class will include a guided meditation, breathwork, and a sound bath. You will leave feeling lighter, centered into the core of your being, and grounded in your body.
