We begin with a gentle rose tea ceremony, inviting you to slow down, open the heart, and arrive fully in the present moment. Through mindful sipping, reflection, and intention-setting, you'll create space for creativity to emerge naturally.
From this place of openness, you'll be guided into an intuitive painting practice where the focus is not on technique, perfection, or creating a masterpiece, but on allowing colour, shape, emotion, and instinct to guide the process. This is an opportunity to let go of expectations, quiet the inner critic, and explore art as a form of self-expression and discovery.
Whether you're an experienced artist or have never picked up a paintbrush before, this workshop offers a welcoming and supportive environment to play, create, and connect with your inner world.
