Intuitive Painting is a practice that encourages participants to tune into their inner creative expression without the constraints of traditional techniques or expectations. No artistic experience is necessary - just bring your imagination and an open heart!

Sabrina Evertt, Expressive Arts Therapist & Facilitator, provides a supportive & nurturing space where you can explore your creative process by tapping into your intuition. You'll be provided a prompt to assist & guide your unique style of self-expression then let your inner creative spark shine and your imagination run wild! All materials will be provided.

This is 75 minute choose-your-own-adventure style class that is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and explore thier creative expression. Class size is small and limited to 5 adults (18+) to ensure that everyone has the time, space & access to all the materials they need.
