Intuitive Dance with Noelle Pinchot

Inner Rhythm is a space to connect to your body through movement, embodiment, and authentic expression. This intuitive dance class requires no experience! It’s truly about expression, presence, and enjoyment! It invites you to release structure, follow your natural rhythm, and let your body lead without choreography or expectation.
Letting our bodies dance and freely move can be uncomfortable. It’s unfamiliar. But it’s a threshold. One that once crossed, opens up a door to a sense of freedom and beautiful energetic shifts.

What to expect:
-We’ll start with gentle stretching and meditation to bring us into the moment
-Then we’ll move into dance. We’ll start with everyone closing their eyes, creating more comfort, feeling into the music and your body
-Gentle guided prompts throughout the session, but everything is optional. This is about finding your own rhythm and expression!
-Closing reflection
This is a space to express what needs to be expressed through your body in an authentic way. And always about letting loose, having fun, and letting yourself play!
