This workshop offers a grounded, practical introduction to intuition, not as something mystical or rare, but as an inner guidance system that can be understood, practiced, and trusted.
Facilitated by a science major with high marks in Anatomy & Physiology I & II, this workshop is guided by someone who lives at the intersection of data and magic, equally left- and right-brained. Grounded in scientific understanding and shaped by a long lineage of intuitive women, this experience explores how intuition lives in the body and how we can learn to listen to it with clarity, trust, and confidence.
We’ll begin with a 20-minute guided presentation covering:
• What intuition is (and what it isn’t)
• How people block or override inner knowing
• How to recognize intuition versus fear or habit
• An introduction to the 12 Archetype Healing Pathways
Participants will then complete an in-person Archetype Quiz and receive a take-home Archetype Card with guided tools to begin working with their pathway.
We’ll close with a short, optional discussion in a space held without pressure or judgment.
This workshop isn’t about being “more intuitive.”
It’s about learning how to listen to yourself and trust what you hear.
