About the Speaker: Dr. Mahtab Tehrani is a pathologist, mother to a 16-year-old boy, and a certified Conscious Parenting coach. After realizing that her traditional parenting approach wasn’t working, she turned to Dr. Shefali’s Conscious Parenting Institute to heal her own wounds. This journey has significantly improved her relationship with her son and spouse. Dr. Tehrani now specializes in helping parents build stronger connections with their teens.
