Ideal for those of you who are curious to try yoga, or if you returning after a break and want to find your feet again on the mat.
This Introduction to Yoga workshop will give you the opportunity to explore the most “common” postures and themes, learn how to work with the body rather than against it and discover how your breath supports your yoga practice (and in daily life).
There will be a guided relaxation and a brief introduction to yogic philosophy to whet the appetite for a regular practice.
**Price includes 2 x free classes at either Moreton Hall Community Centre, Croxton Village Hall or The Hub, Thetford**
Yoga with me is taught functionally, not aesthetically, thereby honouring your shape, history and holding patterns for optimum comfort, safety and effectiveness.
Yoga is for everyone and everyone deserves to feel good. If you have tried yoga before and not felt it was for you, or you have been put off trying because you are worried you won't fit in please know you will be welcomed and accepted just as you are, for who you are.
