✨ Yoga & Sound Evening with Iwona & Mateusz ✨Join us for a unique evening where yoga practice meets the healing power of sound.
During the session, Mateusz will guide you through grounding and energising yoga, followed by a deep sound journey with Iwona, surrounded by the vibrations of gongs and other ancient instruments.
🌿 What to expect:
• Gentle yet powerful yoga practice, suitable for all levels
• A mindful breathing/meditation session
• snack and tea break to connect
• A soothing sound bath to release stress and restore inner balance
• Time to reconnect with yourself in a safe and nurturing space

Iwona – I take care of myself holistically, which is why I love to create workshops that nurture mind, body, and soul. Often, the simplest practices are the ones we need the most.
