Introduction to Yoga: 4 Class Series
Over four classes, you'll learn the essential building blocks of yoga āsana (posture) and prāṇāyāma (breathing), alongside the philosophy and devotional spirit that give the practice its depth. Kate's teaching is precise, joyful, and deeply caring, and each session is thoughtfully adapted so that every student can find their own version of the poses.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or simply want to revisit the fundamentals with fresh eyes, this series will help you build strength, ease, and body awareness in a way that lasts.
