Love theatre from the audience and curious about what goes into creating a production?
Introduction to Theatre gives you a taste of the many parts that bring a play to the stage. You’ll explore script analysis, basic acting techniques, design elements, play production, and how to analyze a performance.
The course also includes a field trip to the Union Arts Center to see Table 17 by Douglas Lyons. The field trip will take place Oct. 31 or Nov. 1 from 2:00–4:30 p.m. Tickets cost $25–$65 and are purchased separately. Students provide their own transportation.
