You will learn how to maintain a sourdough starter, how to make a country sourdough loaf - including mixing, stretching, shaping, scoring and baking! Included with the class is a starter, sourdough information booklet, recipe, banneton basket, flour sack cloth, bench scraper, lame, danish whisk and a loaf to take home!
