A warm and supportive space for anyone navigating cancer, exploring how sound meditation and healing touch can ease the body, calm the mind, and bring the heart a little more peace.!
The Workshop
A Compassionate Space for Healing
You are warmly invited to join this workshop — an open and supportive gathering for anyone interested in cancer care and gentle complementary healing. Through sound meditation and healing touch massage, we create a space where the body can soften, the nervous system can settle, and the heart can find a little more room to breathe.
No prior experience with sound healing or meditation is required. Simply come as you are.
What's Included
Three Pathways to Gentle Restoration
Each element is thoughtfully chosen to support the whole person — body, mind, and emotional wellbeing.
• Singing Bowl Healing
Hands-on practice with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls — learn how resonant sound can guide the nervous system toward deep calm and ease.
• Breathing Meditation
Simple, accessible breath-based practices to help regulate the body's stress response and bring greater presence and ease in daily life.
• Healing Touch Massage
Gentle hands-on techniques drawn from healing touch practice — safe, supportive, and tailored to the needs of those experiencing fragile health.
This is an interactive, flexible workshop — the content adapts to the needs of the group.
Areas to Explore
Topics We May Cover Together
The workshop is designed to be flexible and responsive. Depending on the group, we may explore any of the following areas:
• Relaxation and nervous system regulation through sound and touch
• How complementary therapies can support conventional cancer care
• Gentle techniques for managing physical discomfort and tension
• Emotional comfort and the role of community in the healing journey
• Breathing practices for anxiety, fatigue, and overstimulation
• Introduction to singing bowl frequencies and their effect on the body
• Self-care practices to bring home and use between sessions
What You May Experience
Supporting Body, Mind & Heart
Complementary therapies do not replace medical treatment — they work alongside it, offering forms of support that conventional care cannot always provide. Many participants find that even a single session creates a noticeable shift.
I Physical Ease
Softening of tension and discomfort held in the body
II Nervous System Calm
A shift from fight-or-flight toward genuine rest and safety
III Emotional Support
Space to feel held, heard, and less alone in the journey
IV Practical Skills
Techniques you can return to at home, whenever you need them
V Community Connection
A warmer, more connected sense of shared experience
VI Renewed Perspective
Greater clarity and a gentler relationship with the body
Healing does not always mean curing. Sometimes it means finding more peace, more ease, and more connection — right where you are.
