Maybe you're a Reiki practitioner, energy healer, or spiritual seeker curious about exploring other modalities. Join Sydney of Hollow & Hearth for an intimate, four-hour introductory workshop exploring the foundations of shamanic practice through teaching, conversation, guided experiences, and personal discovery.
This afternoon is an opportunity to step into the world of shamanic practice, learn about the work of a shamanic practitioner, ask questions, and experience some of these practices firsthand.
🌿 What to Expect
Throughout our afternoon together, we'll explore:
- The Foundations of Shamanic Practice: An introduction to shamanism, its varied cultural roots, and contemporary approaches to spiritual practice.
-Animism & Nature: Exploring our relationship with the living world and the importance of connection and reciprocity.
-Shamanic Journeying: Discovering the rhythm of the drum, the role of spiritual allies, and experiencing an introductory guided journey.
-Ritual & Ceremony: Understanding how intention, ceremony, and spiritual relationships inform the work of a shamanic practitioner.
-Practical Tools: Simple ways to explore grounding, spiritual awareness, and connection in everyday life.
Our time together will blend learning with hands-on experiences, personal reflection, open discussion, and opportunities to ask questions.
✨ Who Is This Workshop For?
Absolutely no previous experience is necessary! Whether you're completely new to shamanism, have received shamanic healing before, or already have an established spiritual or energy-healing practice, this workshop welcomes anyone with an inquiring mind.
You don't need to identify as psychic, witch, intuitive, or even particularly spiritual to participate. There are no expectations to have a certain level of experience, and all guided activities and opportunities for sharing are optional.
This is a space to learn, explore, and discover what resonates with you.

You don't need to know where your spiritual journey is leading to begin exploring something new. Sometimes, all it takes is an open mind, a few questions, and the opportunity to experience something for yourself.
