Mothra Shadow Work is excited to offer our signature workshop: Introduction to Shadow Work.

Join us for a full day of exploring the shadow self through various tools and techniques for self-exploration and growth. You'll dive into mindset and self-awareness practices, inner child work, and the feed your demons practice.

The day includes self-awareness tools, specialized meditations, energy work, breathwork, dance, movement, and sound healing.

Unlike most self improvement workshops or rituals, you'll leave with powerful tools to continue your inner journey long after the workshop.

Introduction to Shadow Work is a transformative experience designed to deepen your understanding of shadow work and spark deep personal growth.
