Spiritual and personal growth requires us to make some difficult choices, if we want to continue to move forward in a healthy and rewarding manner. To put it simply, we have to put in the hard work to move forward and heal.
This 4-5 hour workshop will introduce you to shadow work and how to begin your personal journey working through your 'shadows'. It will give you tools to help in removing blocks that you may not have realized hampered your growth.
The workshop will consist of talks, exercises to get you started and meditations. We will be working from Shadow Work Journal by Tasha Bruce. If you do not already have one or are unable to purchase one prior to the event, you can purchase them the day of the event
Bring a separate blank journal or note book for your shadow work exercises, pen or other writing tools, water bottle, snacks and if you prefer meditating on the floor - a mat/pillow.

Cancellation Policy - 50% of funds refunded with minimum 48 hours cancellation notice of event.
The store has limited street parking in the area. I do recommend car pooling and there is a 3 hour limit for street parking. There is a variety of food choices if you wish to purchase lunch and a coffee shop immediately across the road from the shop. The is NO microwave or fridge for use at the store.
*** Allergy Alert*** We have attendees with allergies......
-No bell peppers of any kind. This includes spices or sauces that have red bell pepper in them.
