This adult-geared program is an introductory, low-impact, self-defense class that teaches multiple defense stances, tactics, and responses.
The class will be taught by ATOS Jiu-Jitsu instructors and will be "hands-on", so please wear comfortable clothing and no jewelry.
Free and open to the public. Space is limited and is first-come, first-served. No registration is required. For more information call 702.507.6068.
