Hosted by Katelyn Kireta and Timothy McKenna of Hemlock Studio, this retreat offers a welcoming introduction to meditation techniques and practice. Whether you're new to meditation or looking to reconnect with your practice, this event is designed to support and inspire you.
The morning will include:
A group presentation and discussion
Breakout sessions exploring different meditation styles
Small group practice and reflection
A closing guided meditation
