Prerequisites: NoneBy the end of the course you will:
- Understand the history of massage
- Understand the benefits of massage
- Understand basic massage techniques
- Provide a short massage treatment
- Provide a short back, neck, shoulders, head and face treatment
This course is open to everyone with an interest in massage. Following this course you will be able to provide a short massage treatment to friends and family. This day is also suitable for non-therapists and therapists who wish to experience massage whilst deciding whether this is a career they wish to pursue.
