Prerequisites: NoneThis course is suitable for anyone wishing to learn aromatherapy for use at home with family and friends. This is also the ideal course if you are thinking of training to become an aromatherapist.
By the end of the course, you will be able to make basic blends for home use using a variety of different techniques.
By the end of the course you will be able to:
- Make basic blends for home use
- Know the properties and use of several aromatherapy oils
- Be able to blend oils for use in creams and lotions, the bath and in inhalations
- Provide a hand and arm massage using your own blend
- Aromatherapy first aid
- Lifting the spirits with aromatherapy
