Create a one-of-a-kind leather journal while learning the fundamentals of traditional leathercrafting in this hands-on workshop. Perfect for beginners, this class introduces participants to essential leatherworking techniques as they craft a beautiful handmade journal that can be used for writing, sketching, travel notes, or personal reflection.
Using quality leather and simple hand tools, you'll learn how to measure and cut leather, punch holes for stitching, assemble and bind your journal, and add finishing details that make your piece uniquely your own. No prior experience is necessary, and no sewing machines are required.
By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a handcrafted leather journal and the skills and confidence to continue exploring the art of leathercraft. Whether you're looking to learn a new craft, create a meaningful gift, or enjoy a creative day making something by hand, this workshop offers a rewarding introduction to leatherworking.
