An evening exploring Daoist Kung Fu Staff practice, with our established community of Daoist martial art practitioners.
We introduce basic staff spinning and striking techniques, kung fu kicks and fitness drills. Daoist 8 Immortals (Ba Xian) symbology will be explored in this session.
Open to new students, with a basic level of fitness.
£10, payable in cash on the day (£15 for this and the 7pm qi gong session together, see Events).
