About Shelly

Shelly worked as a registered nurse on and off for 20 years while raising 3 children with her husband. She quit her nursing job after she was introduced to Kundalini Kriya Yoga in December 2017. In the past 6 years, she has gone to India and the Himalayas 5 times to study with Himalayan Master Yogiraj Satgurunath Siddhanath. Kriya Yoga is known as an alchemy of total transformation. This is certainly true for her. Before being introduced to Kriya Yoga, she thought nursing was my life. Today, she is managing a nonprofit called Enlightenment University and a retreat center called Healing Waters of Shasta.
